Cyberspace Hacker

About Cyberspace Hacker

Somewhere deep inside cyberspace lies the Mainframe. Getting there won't be easy.

You'll need programs to break through security, enough power to execute them, and a little luck to survive what comes next.

Start with a handful of basic hacking tools and build your program library as you move through cyberspace. Steal credits, find new programs, upgrade your arsenal and work out how to deal with increasingly unpleasant security systems.

Firewalls, Watchdogs, Daemons and Black ICE are just some of the things standing between you and the Mainframe. Each has its own tricks, and charging in without a plan is rarely a good idea.

Combat is turn-based. Choose which programs to execute, manage your limited power and make the most of what you've collected. Some combinations work beautifully. Others might get you killed.

Every run starts from scratch. The network changes, your available programs change, and you'll need to adapt.

Free to start, yours to unlock.

The first two Subnets are free. Subnets 3–5 can be unlocked individually or together with a single permanent purchase. No subscriptions, no consumable purchases, and no shortcuts through the network.

Cyberspace Hacker is made by WHAAB, a tiny independent game studio with a soft spot for old-school cyberpunk and games that make you think.
